Steak was dry as if cooked for awhile. The portion of steak was not enough for how much it cost. Chipotle used to be good. Will not order from here again.

Paid $19 for a Burrito Bowl with extra carnitas and the only gave one chunk of uncut meat in the entire order, would not order again.

I paid $10 for large chips and queso and they didn't give it to me, I also received half of a bowl, they only filled half of the bowl with cold food, rice undercooked and crunchy. I saw the reviews before I ordered and saw they were mostly negative but I hoped it wasn't as bad as they say

there my whole Salad was sitting in a puddle of water i tries to drain most of it out in to the lid, but my Salad was soggy and I couldnt even finish it. the chips and Side of Cilantro Lime Sauce was theonly thing I could enjoy.

Both of the food items ( Burrito and Burrito Bowl ) came out very cold. Big meat chunk pieces that weren't cut to bite size. Both of the guacamoles we ordered also had big pieces of avocado that weren't smashed. For the Burrito Bowl, we asked for black beans and there were little to no beans at all on the Burrito Bowl. Taste were bland.
