Side of Cilantro Lime Sauce was surprisingly spicy!
Burrito Bowl was filled to the top, extra Tortilla on the Side was hot and fresh, Large Tomatillo-Red Chili Salsa was well prepared and also filled to the brim, Large Chips were still hot and not TOO salty. Best DD / Chipotle delivery experience I've had so far.

This is an $18 burrito. Literally no meat at all no lettuce no cheese. Essential just a rice wrap with salsa and a couple peppers. Also one of the worst customer service experience I've ever had trying to get my money back from door dash

Staff is great here. Pretty clean. Always tasty, fresh, and speedy. Centrally located. I order here quite often. Portions are sometimes smaller here, but meat is expensive. I ordered the Carne Asada this time. Trying to appreciate it, but should have just ordered the normal steak. Most of the Carne Asada was fat, big huge fatty chunks. While the flavor is delicious, at $20, and not double meat, it just wasn't worth it. Had to toss most of the meat, so, what's the point? Ordered via DoorDash this time, because it was considerably more to order via the Chipotle App. I probably will not order the Carne Asada again. The normal steak is very tasty and almost always fresh here.

The burrito bowl I ordered was half the portions it would have been if I had ordered it in person inside the store. I received half the rice. I ordered extra steak. I didn't receive extra steak, and the steak I did receive was fatty. I was extremely disappointed. I paid $25 for the bowl and delivery fees. That's too much for half the food I should have received.

Howe Ave is significantly better than Portage Trail and Hudson Drive locations. Correct portioning, friendly staff, and just amazing!
