No napkins or utensils, missing ingredients in my bowl. Food was drowning in sour cream. Steak was dry and there was barely any salad.

The Burrito Bowl was half filled- very subpar. Smallest amount of steak ever seen.
My chicken Quesadilla had steak in it no chicken. The sides should have had rice, but got tomatoes instead.
Extremely disappointing.

Chipotle's quality of food has gone down hill. The tortilla was stale. There was literally 5 pieces of steak throughout the entire burrito. If I wanted a veggie burrito then that's what I would've ordered. Terrible. 0/10.

my bowl actually came warm and not cold, it was a good portion of everything especially lettuce and sour cream and the rice was not crunchy or hard

Absolutely horrible!!Portion size for the Salad was below standards, Burrito was over stuffed with rice. Just a terrible dinner experience.
