Usually I'm pretty satisfied when I order from Chipotle. I always get the Burrito Bowl and the portion size is usually good and it's fresh but this time my portion barely came up to ridges inside the bowl. It was freezing cold and my Chips weren't fresh. It definitely wasn't worth what I paid and I was very much disappointed.

Rice was hard and crunchy. $19 for a Burrito and its smaller than the nap as shown in the picture. Unacceptable

i don't know who made my bowl last night?! but it was made with love you hear me!! the rice was cooked perfectly and was so soft. the steak was tender and juicy & the cheese melted just right on it all. not to mention, the corn was DELICIOUS.

My roommate and I have ordered from here and it has consistently gone downhill! We ordered 8/12/22 and normally get FULL bowls! My bowl wasn't enough for a child! Everything was downsized! For the price I'll go watch my food prepared at other locations!

I ordered a 1/2 chicken 1/2 barbacoa bowl and was highly disappointed. Most of my bowl was barbacoa which wasn't surprising because it tasted/looked like it was old and they were trying to get rid of it. I would not order DoorDash from here again.
