Very different from when you order in store & can watch the item be made. Very small portioning for what I paid. I had maybe 3/4 pieces of lettuce in my entire bowl & hardly any rice. But plenty of sour cream & queso. Pretty disappointed & most likely won't be ordering again.

The Chips & Queso Blanco "cheese" was grainy (strange texture) and the small container was only filled about half way.
The Quesadilla is surprisingly small.. about half of what I expected to get. Not the full size you get in-store. The 3 side 'condiments' were quite large amount for the small-ish amount of food. Otherwise, the taste was good.

Ordered the kids meal, got 1 tortilla out of 2, the pollo asado was dry and the cheese was missing. Also got stale chips with air bubbles filled with oil. The label used to close the bag of my order was not closed.

Hardly any meat in the burrito.I didn't order double meat but without exaggerating there was all but 2 pieces of chicken. All rice and not much of anything else. Huge bummer for a $12 burrito.

worst chipotle i've ever had tbh. their food used to be really good now it's just flavorless. like the rice had more flavor than the chicken and beans. really unfortunate. portion was ok but i probably won't ever order again. they honestly just need to add more seasoning and it would be fine. chips were stale but that's not really a big deal.
