I got a Burrito Bowl today and this was the first time it was perfect. the portions were great and usually they are half empty when they are made for delivery. i had a beautiful amount of rice. The fajita veggies were cooked perfectly and given in a good amount. The food was actually hot and the cheese was able to melt. everything was golden. just keep it up and make this your regular quality!

Literally what? I have orderd from here time to time, and the bowl is always full and delicious. This time, it's completely messy, top was half off (and heavily dented) and has chunky dry rice!!

I hate to say it but this location has been disappointing on more than one occasion. The barbacoa in my burrito bowl was so burnt and dry it tasted like charcoal and was inedible. I'm shocked that they would even consider serving it because it looked like tree bark. Asked for extra lettuce and got less lettuce than usual. In a different order I ordered barbacoa and got chicken.

I ordered a burrito bowl with chicken and beef, white rice and cheese, all I received was about 12 pieces of beef and a little bit of cheese...all I got was a $4.40 refund when everything costed $21. Never again with chipotle.

Shut this Chipotle down and do an overhaul. The barbacoa is absolute garbage every time. It's either burnt to a crisp and inedible or I get all the garbage gnarled pieces that are absolutely inedible. This time I got burnt chunks that looked like rocks. Not shredded or falling apart. I tried to take a piece off and eat it and it was bitter. This is insane when the cost ends up being $19 for a bowl with guac.
