Chips were very stale. Food tasted bland not the mention my steak being in huge pieces & most of the pieces having so much fat on them you could barely eat them.. very disappointed.

My food is cold, my rice is clumpy, way too much sour cream was added. I ordered steak with another half side of carne asada and barely have any meat.

That Burrito Bowl is delicious and the lettuce is so fresh plus the portions of the meat is amazing I'm definitely ordering again

Food is really good, but burritos are smaller than any other chipotle i've gone to. Seems like a waste for spending $15 for like half the normal burrito size.

Food was old, dry, super expensive for this clear lack of quality- zero veggies or quac on my $10 quesadilla and i was credited $2 ... seriously? Just stop with your expensive ads and make quality affordable food
