• 12/9/26The meat had a lot more fat than usual, and the portion was noticeably smaller than what I normally receive. I’m not sure if it’s because I ordered through DoorDash, but the quality and portion size were disappointing compared to my usual Chipotle orders. I definitely expected better for the price.

• 19/12/23Worst chipotle... food tasted like it was 3 days old and they mixed all the ingredients that were supposed to come separate in the kids meal. Also forgot my chips and queso twice when I ordered within 30 minutes of each other.

• 28/8/26Do not pick the Chipotle in Alton Town. Center (5240 Donald Ross Rd, PBG.
They are very inconsistent with their food and poor customer service. Pick a different location if possible.
