The Salad Bowls were great, I particularly liked the one with Carnitas. And they had just the right amount of lettuce and spinach to compliment everything else. And your Tomatillo-Green Chili Salsa was a big hit. We'll order more of that next time.

This location on Beltline and Plano Rd has gone downhill, serving burnt barbacoa, not following order instructions, and sending you less than a cup of salsa whenou pay extra for the Chips & Tomatillo-Red Chili Salsa . We pay our fees, and yet they act as if it is coming out their pockets. Will try another location.

4 small pieces of steak, no rice. Mostly vegetables and salad greens. Totally unacceptable for what I just paid!

For $12, there was very little protein in the dish plus I chose brown rice and was sent white rice, not to mention I would have sworn I chose steak. The taste was fabulous.

I ordered a burrito bowl just to get like half a portion. Any other chipotle I go to it's always full. Not just that there was a boy with highlights who told me my food was still being worked on. I waited 10 minutes before going up to the counter. As soon as i went up the lady asked for my name and the same boy handed her the bag as if it's just been sitting there. They should be communicating to their customers what they're waiting on, not just have them standing there.
