Very unsatisfied with my order. I first noticed the the Large Chip I ordered was not in my bag (1 of 1 bags, so it was not the dasher missing a bag). I then opened the burrito bowl and there is hardly any chicken or beans. The bowl is almost all rice. The rice is also undercooked. Spending 21.58 for a Burrito Bowl (nothing extra) and a large chip is wild when the food is not cooked properly and missing part of the order.

I love/hate Chipotle. Most due to it's inconsistencies. My "chicken asada" Burrito had barely any chicken and zero present towards the ends-- which the end sections are usually my favorites (when there is chicken in them). Many bites with just rice, beans and a little guacamole. Also, the sauces were barely present this time, leaving it feeling a bit dry. It was packaged/wrapped tightly in tin foil, which is how it should be. Many times when I've ordered they're wrapped loosely, which makes the burrito harder to eat and just seems like lazy sloppy work.

I absolutely LOVE the queso sauce, plus the burritos are always fully loaded, you really get your moneys worth!

Not the worst burrito I've ever had, but sub-par for sure. The sauce was completely omitted so it was dry like the Saharan desert. Instead of guac it had a couple slices of the least ripe avocado I've ever had. The texture was similar to an apple but denser. Whoever cut it up probably needed a machete. Chipotle has always been my go to when traveling or in a pinch, when fast food is the requirement but so is real food. Bummed but will go back, everyone deserves one mulligan.

I am stunned!!! Have heard mixed reviews about Chipotle, particularly this location, but the food was AMAZING. I ordered a chicken bowl with extra chicken and they did NOT disappoint! It was hot, fresh, and packed to the brim with food. And when I say packed, I mean probably half a pound, and I only got rice, chicken and cheese! Super satisfied, keep up the good work Chipotle!
