Absolute BS! Literally 4 pieces of lettuce and ONE piece of pepper? This store SUCKS do not order! I paid $18 for NOTHING.

I have never gotten anything but chicken in my bowl. It's always good. Today I tried carnitas. It was very small in comparison to the ones Ive had before. I literally had to look for the meat and there was hardly any! It's usually so good!

I ordered a chicken fajita salad with rice, corn salsa, salsa verde, sour cream and cheese. What ended up with was a bowl filled 2/3 with ice berg lettuce instead of salad mix , NO chicken, NO veggies, and No Salsa verde and about a teaspoon of salad dressing. To say I was disappointed is putting it mildly. I ordered the same thing from Chipotle on Wooster and it was excellent like I'm used to from Chipotle.
Managers at Chipotle, please make sure the lines people are trained properly and complete EACH item on the order correctly. There is no excuse for this!!

Came with hardly any toppings. This is the 3 rd time this has happened. Literally 5 shreds of cheese. Dont waste ur money.

Is there some sort of corporate mandate to only half fill your salads? I paid nearly 12 dollars (plus DoorDash delivery fee, etc.) for a salad. I only ordered at this place because I missed Moe's by 4 minutes.
I received a salad no one would EVER accept if they were at the restaurant in person. The bowl was literally half filled and all of the requested ingredients were not included. I also ordered two chips and salsas and received only one. You shouldn't even have to pay additional for these.
I guess this is the restaurant version of "shrinkflation" to increase profit margin?
Never again, Chipotle stinks beyond my ability to express.
