My burrito tasted great but they filled it with about 85% rice and not enough of the other ingredients probably because I wasn't watching them out it together, but it is what it is.

My burrito bowl had no green salsa and no guacamole which were both on my order. Also lettuce was added which was not on my order. The guac that I didn't receive was an extra charge. Very disappointing!

Chicken was dry & super spicy. Ordered extra chicken didn't receive it, but it was like the chicken had been cooked & set out for hours. They are typically so much better.

I had a very disappointing experience with Chipotle. My order was made incorrectly, and by the time I realized it, I was already at work for my overnight shift. Since I work nights, I wasn’t able to go back and have it corrected, which left me without anything to eat for my entire shift. It’s frustrating to pay for a meal and not receive what you ordered, especially when you’re depending on it during a long workday. I hope Chipotle improves its order accuracy and quality control so this doesn’t happen to other customers.
