I've ordered from here before, they seem to be hit or miss.. today was a miss.. ordered the chicken al pastor Burrito Bowl and I think I had maybe 5 small pieces of chicken in my whole bowl... tons of sour cream, and cheese, hardly any beans and the rice was clumpy.. like I said, hit or miss.. last time my bowl was great 🤷🏻♀️

Ordered the bowl with double chicken and fajita mix, got neither. Half scoop of rice. Not a meal you want to order online, go in store. The new hot chicken is good though.

Bag soaking wet. Ordered chips and dip and only got the dip. Tacos completely soaked in grease. Burrito half the size they used to be. Hard to justify spending more money than I would at a steakhouse for this. Never again, and I used to be a loyal customer. It's a shame.

The burritos were overly filled and poorly wrapped, and they fell apart. Our chips that we paid for came with no salsa and we ordered red salsa. Everything was just sloppy. Do better, chipotle.

I was really disappointed in my food my beans were hard some were cooked some were not hardly any meat I ordered the ball so I'm kind of confused I had a lot of lettuce little beans hard as hard as rock they don't mean somewhat of sour cream and I paid for all of this and it cost me $14 my son's burrito he ate it that one was not bad I've seen them done better but just highly disappointed I don't know if I'll be going back again
