I haven't had chipotle in years - tonight I was reminded why. The only thing that was fresh was the guacamole that came with the Chips & Guacamole - the chips were stale and bland. Not a pinch of salt or squeeze of lime present. My nephew (a small child) said "this isn't good" while eating the Kid's Build Your Own tacos. Children can be finicky. So, I tasted it and it was in fact nasty. The portion size was great and would have been satisfying if it was good. I'm definitely not ordering anymore.

It was a lot of fat on the brisket also the bowl barely had any cheese or sour cream, my chips were stale. I feel like chipotle is not one of the things you can DoorDash be they play with your order every time

Everything was perfect! The chips tasted like they were fresh baked. My burrito bowl had ample chicken and they sent extra dressing for my salad.

I ordered the Burrito Bowl with chicken and paid extra for Carnitas. My Burrito Bowl barely had any chicken (roughly 8 tiny pieces from what I saw), was absolutely drowned in sour cream, and had no Carnitas. I appreciate Door Dash refunding the extra I paid for the Carnitas, but sadly, I won't be ordering from Chipotle again, as the orders aren't made with care or concern when you're not standing in line to watch.

Barley no meat in it I picked through it and li literally counted 5 pieces of chicken in it and the rice was to hard
