Ordered a double chicken bowl and I got a bowl full of white rice absolutely no chicken in it and hardly any salsa. It's the worst chipotle bowl I've ever had. It's just pure rice. And I paid for double chicken.

The burrito wasn't great they just gave me like triple rice and put the guac all the way at the bottom of the burrito. Could have been worse but I give it a 4.5/10

Burrito bowl had an entire avocado in it (instead of guacamole) that was not fully ripe and also the stem from the avocado was in my bowl!

When I pay an extra 6 bucks for double meat. I expect a double portion of meat. It's as if the franchise owners forgot how much 2-3 ounces of chicken costs. Find other ways to cut corners and maximize profits. Because I've had my last Burrito from chipotle EVER. Stingy blokes.

chips always seem stale. have to pop them in the oven to crisp them up a bit.
