I ordered the Large Side of Queso Blanco, which, being 7.00 (ridiculous in my opinion), I expected to be of substantial size and flavor. I can literally go to my local HEB and buy a 3.00 queso which is more flavorful and a larger size than chipotle queso. Absolutely ridiculous price for mid queso.

My order was very disappointing considering what I have grown to expect from this chain, especially when considering the cost. The guac tasted rich with MSG and did not seem fresh and the texture of the brown rice indicated it had been held on the hot line far longer than it should have been for quality. Bad enough experience that I will not return.

The lettuce was in poor condition—neither fresh nor edible, and already spoiled—and the rice portion was less than half of the container, even smaller than the portion of protein.

Chicken Burrito the chicken was over cooked and over charred. The chicken was very dry and burnt.

This isn't for the store..it's for the staff that was working 27AUG during/after the storm. The system went down causing a back up in orders..then they had a whole school team come in..only 3 on shift and they handled it very well! No one had a bad attitude or showed signs of being overwhelmed. They all just started working! Kudos to them for not letting a bad situation ruin their entire shift.
