I ordered the Large Side of Queso Blanco, which, being 7.00 (ridiculous in my opinion), I expected to be of substantial size and flavor. I can literally go to my local HEB and buy a 3.00 queso which is more flavorful and a larger size than chipotle queso. Absolutely ridiculous price for mid queso.

My order was very disappointing considering what I have grown to expect from this chain, especially when considering the cost. The guac tasted rich with MSG and did not seem fresh and the texture of the brown rice indicated it had been held on the hot line far longer than it should have been for quality. Bad enough experience that I will not return.

The lettuce was in poor condition—neither fresh nor edible, and already spoiled—and the rice portion was less than half of the container, even smaller than the portion of protein.

The Burrito was 90% rice. I had ordered one last night and it was so good because someone had properly made it that I decided to get chipotle again for lunch today. I was wrong in this decision as my Burrito today was 90% rice and I now understand the boycott of this brand right now. It's absurd the inconsistency of their food and 13$ for a Burrito that is only rice is ridiculous, I understand being busy but the staff should still take the time to complete each order with good quality. I would rather wait for an evenly proportioned Burrito than get a 90% rice one.

Half the stuff I asked for on my bowl didnt come. Barely any chicken on top of that and it tasted od and stale. This is the second time within a short amount of time they have done this to us.
