I have gone to this chipotle many times with a really positive experience, but this last meal I ordered was not great. The veggie Burrito that we ordered has shrunk in size by quite a bit, but worse than that, the Keto Salad Bowl that I ordered was not at all what I would have expected from the pictures online.
Looking at the pictures online, the salad appears to be full of lettuce, chicken, and other toppings, but when I got the salad, there was about one leaf of lettuce in the entire bowl, there were only a few pieces of chicken, and the whole things was just a sloppy mess. Worst of all, it cost me over $12. I could have made 10 chicken salads for that amount that were actually good.
I gave one extra star because they do have great guacamole.
I'm very disappointed!

I ordered two chicken burritos and there were about three tiny pieces of chicken on each. The burrito was almost all cheese and salsa. I paid $15 for a chicken burrito with basically no chicken on it. I had to throw the burritos away they were so disgusting.

Steak Burrito Bowl was good. Had the right amount of each ingredient and was delicious. However the Chips & Guacamole were not great. Most of the chips were undercooked and not crispy. The guacamole had several pieces of lettuce in it.

ordered a side of Chips & Guacamole for $6.05 and the container of guacamole was only about 1/3 full and it was already turning dark brown.

Disappointed in one of our two bowls. The bowls were the same except for salsa. The one bowl was okay but small. The other bowl was about 1/2 of the size and thrown together, bottom was full of drippings off of the meat(?), maybe a spoonful of rice and beans. Just disappointing. We will order from the Chipotle on Dream Street next time.
