Soda size isn't worth $4, one Chicken Flautas plate and an Appetizer Plate somehow took over an hour to cook, and chip bag was less than half the size I've always gotten from here.
The only thing that saves it is the Creamy Jalapeno is ALWAYS worth it even just for chips.

Hard flour tortillas. You can't even bend them for you taco or fajitas. Steak is chewy and dry like it's left over from this morning or yesterday and reheated. Not the chuys I'm used to.

First off, it took almost 2 hours for our food to be ready. We ordered a large creamy jalapeño and didn't get it. We also didn't get the dressing for the mexicobb. And for ordering 2 large queso's, a large creamy jalapeño, a large guacamole and salsa, we got only 1 bag of chips. And to top it off, the queso was somehow flavorless. I've been eating at Chuys for years, this location is struggling.

The ground beef Custom Burrito with Tex Mex sauce was way too salty. Couldn't taste anything except the salt. Queso was good though. And the Custom Burrito portion was big.
