Got buy one get one free popcorn. Great value for a girls night in!! tasted fresh and just as good as at the theatre!

We order often from here for good quality, fresh tasting popcorn - this is not that.
The popcorn just received tastes a bit firm, stale and unflavourful- what happened Cineplex?
I can enjoy coolish temp popcorn, but not stale tasting stuff.
