Not fresh. We are typically very satisfied. I could not even eat my cinnamon roll today. When you spend almost $10 a piece for a Cinnamon roll, it should be fresh. Mine was dry and tough. I will not likely order again. We ordered 3 different cinnamon rolls.

I usually love the old Skool roll, but this roll was old and hard, definitely not fresh. I understand if it was mid day, but I ordered right as they opened. Will definitely order again because I love Cinnaholic, hopefully they will be fresh next time. Just some feedback advice, maybe discount the old rolls from the day before instead of selling them for full price, because there is a HUGE difference in taste and texture of a fresh one. I would rather pay full price for a fresh one than full price for a really hard dry one.

the cinnamon old school is warm and finger licking good. and the Chocolate Chip Banana Bread* is always on repeat in my orders. i like to buy for the week, everything refrigerates and microwaves well
