Not the best value in my opinion. Got the hawaiian style ribs and 3 racks (totaling maybe 5-6 ounces of meat) for the 18.99 price I paid on doordash just isn't that good. I have had similar plates all over the country in cities with insane cost of living and smaller towns offering something similar for $15 max.
Maybe I'm totally off the mark so I have made this merchant only. Is this a local Alamogordo issue with low beef supply driving up prices? Please let me know and I'd be happy to adjust my rating.
On the positive side, the food did taste pretty darn good. Your sides are like momma makes and the meat is obviously actually grilled and marinaded. So not bad at all in that department. I think if portions are are made better, this could be an easy 5 and be a big hit in Alamo.

Not worth the price you pay, the steak had good flavor but was over cooked and tough, the 1 single short rib you get was chewy and had no flavor. 1/10 I don't recommend eating here

I got the three meat plate that's literally what I go three pieces of meat. portion to price is way overpriced. smoked Mac and cheese was dry no taste the pulled pork baked beans had no pork.

The flavor of the meat was great, and tender! However, the sides lacked luster. The potatoes salad was chunky mashed potatoes, and the pasta salad was missing flavor. The potatoe salad was an upcharge so I expected more, and the picture was deceiving.

We ordered the two meat plate, one with the steak and a link and the other with the steak and short rib. We expected the two meat plates to have meat on them. What we got were plates with two tiny strips of meat on them. The coleslaw isn't coleslaw, it's practically just a salad as there is no sauce on it whatsoever. The Mac & cheese is bland. The meat isn't even that good. The only thing that I somewhat liked is the sauce the beans are in. That's it.
AVOID THIS PLACE.
