• 16/2/26This ice cream was the worst ice cream I have had and probably the worst $20 I've ever spent. I got cookie dough ice cream with additional add-ons that cost almost 2 dollars each. The add-ons I got were the velvet cake and cream cheese frosting along with additional cookie dough ice cream with chocolate chip chips. The ratio of ice cream to cake was 25% melted ice cream and 75% stale cake with no cream cheese frosting. It was tiny and not tasty after delivery. I spent $20 in total and it was so not worth it. I did not receive a refund on this order, but what I will say as I will not be ordering it again off DoorDash.

• 27/6/23i just had cold stone for the first time and i must say i am add to there ice cream..i was very suprised how good it is..i am now gonna order again today..if you haven't tried cold stone then you are missing out on some great tasting ice cream..go see for yourself..

• 18/9/23worst ice cream. if i could give it a zero i would. The workers were incredibly rude, ice cream was melted even though it was supposedly kept in a freezer, and did not recieve the toppings we requested. upon pickup, worker took lid off one of the ice creams "just to double check it was right", gross I do not want your hands all over my cup thanks but no thanks.
worst ice cream experience ever. maybe get some employees who care about their customers instead of being sloppy.
