• 18/7/26Ice cream was delicious; however, I ordered a larger portion size for $14, and they send a smaller portion size filled with ice cream, thats half the price, inside of the larger sized container. We don't pay all of these DoorDash fees and tips to get the wrong orders. Do better. I'll buy again, I'll just go to the actual store next time to ensure I don't get scammed again.

• 1/2/25This is the second time we ordered from Cold Stone, first was amazing and the icecream was FULL of topics, this time there are hardly any topics, and one of mine was left out completely. Absolutely not worth the amount we paid to have it delivered.

• 4/2/25For the price and the size, I expected more. I ordered strawberries and pineapple tidbits. Barely any fruit in it. Was charged extra for second fruit.

• 21/2/25My ice cream was good but i barely got any cookie dough which was disappointing especially when i paid an extra 1.69 to make sure it had a little extra.

• 9/2/25The ice cream is usually better. Whoever made it today didnt care and did a bad job. No taste and no flavors even though they charge so much for extra toppings.
