I had ordered a latte with specific instructions to add additional ingredients to it and the baristas at Collectivo did it perfectly. However I was unaware that adding 2-3 additional pumps of something would fill up half of a large cup alone. The baristas were nice enough to not only give me what I ordered but also give me a second latte with adjusted ingredients to ensure I actually could taste the espresso. They also hand wrote me a note explaining the issue with the original order. They went the extra mile and ensured I was satisfied! Thank you mysterious Collectivo barista's:)
