A little confused as to why they suddenly switched over to the downtown location on here. Good food regardless but Grilled Chicken Tender Sandwich was missing a few of the toppings I asked for both times I've ordered since this change. This wasn't ever an issue with the original location

We were missing the side order of fries, and the so-called chicken tenders were each the size of a chicken nugget from Chick-fil-A. Extremely poor value.

Except for the plain order of fries the food was great. If you're getting fries be sure to get them loaded. Three stars because there was no option to choose condiments or dipping sauces so we called the store to request them. Still no condiments.Highly HIGHLY recommend the comeback fries and the Baja Chicken Chicken Sandwich.

We love Come Back Shack! The grilled chicken sandwiches are so tender! The burgers are very tasty! The serving sizes are huge! The fries are so good!

They left out some of the sauce I paid for. The sandwich was great but the fries were half of the end of a bag.
