• 20/6/26I ordered the Beef Brisket and Beef Tendon with Noodle 柱侯牛筋腩麵 BBQ Duck 明爐燒鴨 it was great! so nostalgic! made me think of home. thank you for the great food! the beef noodle soup even has tripe in it. i would go to this restaurant again in the future. thank you for getting my order ready in record time.

• 9/4/26Loved the Gai Gai Lan●Chinese Broccoli with Oyster Sauce 蠔油芥蘭, it was steamed to perfect crunchy-tenderness. The Salted Chinese Donut never disappoints. I found the Minced Beef and egg over rice simple, savoury and filling, if a bit one-note and missing the peas shown in the menu photo. Next time I will try a different main dish. These three dishes would serve 2 generously.

• 23/3/26Do not sleep on the Salted Chinese Donut 炸油條 which is perfect for dipping into hot soup - airy, crisp and tender reminding me of the best Yorkshire puddings. The Beef Brisket with Noodle 柱侯牛腩麵 makes a filling lunch. I wish they offered the option to add more vegetables as I enjoyed the single slice of green pak choi and wanted more. The brisket comes as tender braised chunks with a lot of collagen and fat embedded, so if you are fussy like me pick over the meat before adding into the hot stock.

• 30/8/25Ordered Beef Brisket and Tendon with Noodle, they were really cheap with the chinese broccoli, just put one, taste was soso nothing too special, and Three Kinds of Meat Fried Rice Noodle. The 2nd item looked NOTHING like the advertised photo. It just kind of was beige in colour and the taste was quite mediocre. Meh. I won't be ordering from here again. All in all a blah disappointing experience.

• 14/1/25They must have changed the recipe. There were glass noodles this time and a lot less veggies. No tofu. There was even a piece of squid. The mini corn tasted rancid. The noodles however were very good.
I used to love this place - ordered 2-3 times a month but tonight's order was massive disappointment - not sure if will try them again or move on to another place.
