• 9/4/23Had no Easter plans with family or friends so, I ordered dinner from Cracker Barrel.
I ordered the Sunday Homestyle Chicken® (two boneless chicken breasts, hand-dipped in our special buttermilk batter, breaded and deep fried to a crispy golden brown. Plus, choice of two Country Sides (for me, Hashbrown Casserole and Mashed Potatoes w/Sawmill gravy) and served with hand-rolled Buttermilk Biscuits or Corn Muffins. I got both. With Apple Butter, as well!
CB is always good, a little less so at home but, still really good!
This particular meal was pretty good!
I got 2 HUGE pieces of chicken!
The hashbrown casserole was a bit dry and plain but, the mashed potatoes and sawmill gravy was awesome!
So was the biscuits and cornbread!
Highly recommend CB to anyone looking for a great meal!

• 2/3/25This was by far the worst meal we have ever had from Cracker Barrel. The Homestyle Chicken breasts were no bigger than a regular tender .. they used to be so big you would need to take one home. When biting into the breasts, they were hard as a rock, as if they had been sitting around all afternoon; despite this, they were very chewy and rubbery inside. I ordered steak fries and carrots with mine, only to get cole slaw with actual leafs of cabbage, not shredded. The fries were adequate but cold. My wife ordered hash brown casserole, in which she said wasn't bad, though it seemed to be burnt on top. By far the worse experience we have had.

• 27/3/24I'm not one complain often but yeah. Not only was my food stone cold, most of it was unedible. The biscuits were flat and hard as rocks and so was the broccoli. The dumplins were the best part, even cold, but there were 3 of them. Yup. 3 pieces. I also ordered carrots and got about 6 of those.... all for a little less than $20. Last time ordering from here and I hate saying that because yall have great food. Obviously it's not what it sent out on Door Dash orders though.

• 17/7/24Biscuit Breakfast Sandwich doesnt come as a sandwich, it's all separate.
Mini Buttermilk Pancakes if you get sausage, you only get one, but you get two bacon.
At least everything was there, and it tastes good!!

• 9/7/24It's been a few years since I ate here. There was no delay, yet the beef was cold. Beef and Mashed Potatoes were child portions but tasty. Always loved your Turnip Greens, however they went from being the best I ever had to the worst. I ordered 2 servings, but only ate 1 as it will need to be doctored to eat. I was going to have the biscuits and gravy for breakfast but went ahead and ate 1 with gravy as I was still hungry after my meal. The biscuits were warm. I can no longer recommend Cracker Barrel.
