Loved my order. Cinnamon roll was big and warm, coffee was made correctly (I have a dairy allergy and a lot of places mess up my coffee, not today!) and my sandwich was amazing.

Love their coffee and breakfast sandwiches. And the BEST place to get chocolate chip cookies!!
I called to see if they could do a special modification to my order and they did happily.

Bagel was warm and fresh and the matcha was delicious! Cappuccino unfortunately tasted very burnt.

Three different Creation orders in a row have been badly messed up. Food and beverages have been missing repeatedly due to the store either forgetting to prep them or not properly packing them for DoorDash pickup with the rest of the order. Sold out items have not been refunded via order adjustment and required contacting support for reimbursement. The beverages that did manage to get prepped/packed have been undrinkably sweet despite being ordered half sweet. The lack of quality control and poor order preparation protocols are both unacceptable. I'm sick of going through the refund process for this store's mistakes and will order elsewhere from a location with staff that actually care about doing their job correctly.
