to find southern comfort food at this level in Irvine is rather hard , impossible even, that being said Cre's kitchen makes food that brings me right back to being in MeeMaw's house, the food is delicious, the portions are perfectly filling, everything is fresh made and it shows! I am definitely happy to support small businesses and I will definitely continue to!Fried Catfish my absolute favorite!! partner loves the chicken wings...and that Honey Butter Cornbread....OOOOOOH so heavenly...

We've been in need of Soul Food in the Irvine area for a long time! The catfish, wings, cornbread, mac and cheese are all amazing! Everything is seasoned, flavorful and well-packaged! The food was so great that we've ordered it two days in a row!

Got the two Fried Catfish dinner plate with the candied yams and collard greens and I gotta say, super grateful that there's legit soul food in Irvine! I ordered for pick up and it was a solid half hour wait but well worth it. Originally ordered with Mac n Cheese but something happened with the doordash app that changed my side into yams but it's still delicious.
The catfish was seasoned beautifully and fried to golden perfection. Even after a 10 min ride home, it still remained crispy. The collard greens was smokey, savory and not overly seasoned. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a solid catfish fry, in Irvine no less!!!

This food is perfection! Fried Catfish is amazing along with the Collard Greens! I also got to try the 10pc Fried Wing plate and those were amazing as well. My order came with a good amount of flats which are my favorite. It came with all the necessary condiments and the portions are awesome, definitely will be ordering again. If you are looking for some good soul food, this is it!
