They are average cookies you could get from an average bakery, even a Publix or Walmart. The only difference is they are huge and often iced. This place is definitely a quantity over quality place. They are about presentation and their franchise system more than their taste or quality of ingredients.

I love these cookies! I had the strawberry skillet cookie (they didn't send any ice cream with it;( ) birthday confetti cookie and chocolate cookies and cream cookie. OMG!! I wanted another strawberry cookie so bad. And some ice cream. Oh my !

This ice cream was delicious (vanilla bean) I loved it!! I had vanilla sugar cookies, milk chocolate chip and chips ahoy. My son loved the vanilla.. the icing on it was good as well. The milk chocolate chip is an all time favorite and I enjoyed the chips ahoy as well.

I'm, actually, disappointed in the presentation and size once I've seen them in person. I sent three to my husband as an extremely small token of my appreciation for him holding down the fort while I succeed in school. I have never tried or been to Crumbl so all I had to go on was the pictures they advertised. What he received is what I would consider a Temu/Shein version of the picture. The taste is great the actual cookie is a little dry. cookie is a about 2"wide

You're rolling the dice when you pay 60 bucks for 12 cookies as to whether or not you're going to get what you ordered.. the first two times we ordered from them it was amazing. third time one of our orders was replaced without warning or options. The third time two of our cookies look like they were made by a 5-year-old that didn't wash their hands and the other two cookies were incomplete which ruined the entire flavor combo. How are you going to have a. s'mores campfire skillet without the marshmallow or the graham cracker? I'll show you the photos of what it was supposed to look like versus what we got.. If I'm going to drop $60 on 12 cookies Plus whatever delivery tip etc. that's a lot of money for a third of the order to be garbage.. When they do it right, the food is amazing but the last two times it has increasingly become worse quality.
