• 4/4/26the food is good however my box was not handled with care, the colkies taste good and theyre pretty fresh i wouldnt order the brownie again tho it was a smaller cookie than the rest, but it's okay cause its not my favorite flavor

• 17/3/23First time trying Crumbl after resisting the temptation for what seemed like forever! Chocolate chip was best!!! Oreo was bland, Sugar Cookie was tasted better the next day. Cream cheese frosting on the Lucky Charms cookie was a pleasant twist. Overall I think this place is worth the hype. Good presentation, and cookies arrived warm even though it was a PM order. Would recommend.

• 21/9/22The banana cream pie cookie is AMAZING. The strawberry ice cream cookie and the birthday cake cookie are also super yummy. I am now addicted to this place!

• 22/7/24I was waiting at the pickup section, and the staff ignored me (didn't even acknowledge me) until I asked for my order. They acknowledged the customers behind me before I spoke up. The snickerdoodle cookie was undercooked (mushy in the middle), but the other cookes were alright.

• 1/10/23My cookies were not completely done. ( I'm not a fan of gushy cookies). I did nibble on some of the more done parts..and these cookies are bangin!!
I'm just going to cook them more tomorrow. And next time, I won't order so close to closing:)
