I ordered a Mini 12-Pack and the boxes arrived with chocolate smudge, flour and I guess dough smudges on the tops and bottom of the boxes. The safety stickers werent even sticky from all the flour and crumbs. The cookies are so under cooked. especially the snickerdoodle. It looks like a greasy blob of dough. This is my 2nd time purchasing from this location and the 1st time everything was delicious. After today I dont think ill be ordering from here again.

The cookies seem very, very doughy like they're extremely soft and hard to handle. I'm very disappointed. I've gotten the larger ones before and I'll never get them again. They taste uncooked.

The cookies didn't even look like cookies they were deformed on the sides weren't even a circle. Just a big blob. They were burnt for sure on the sides.
