Price was TOO MUCH... however, the 4-Pack hits the spot! They are delicious! We got the key lime cookie and it was amazing, just like a key lime pie! The chocolate cake batter initially tastes great, the aftertaste is a little off but still worth it. Kit Kat wafer cookie, tasted nothing like Kit Kats however it was sooo good! Lastly, the chocolate chip cookie was warm and exactly what we needed. As always, pricy but phenomenally delicious!

I placed a DoorDash order for a 4-pack of cookies that included Strawberry Bisque, Toffee, Chocolate Chip, and Cookies & Cream. I received a call from the store saying they did not have the Strawberry Bisque or Toffee available. During that call, I asked to change my order to just two cookies instead of the 4-pack.
However, instead of adjusting the order, the store sent four Chocolate Chip cookies, which I did not request and was not what I agreed to during the call.
Because my order was changed incorrectly, I would like a refund for the difference and to be charged only for the two cookies I requested, not the full 4-pack.
Thank you for looking into this and helping resolve the issue.

snickerdoodle was underbaked and complete dough. looked different than usual but still took a bite and almost completely dough, usually one of my favorites. never had an issue like this before.
