Like nothing I've ever had before but DELICIOUS! Spice level 7.5 is perfect for those who love spicy. And getting it SLOPPY was the perfect amount of sauce to cover everything in the bowl.

Did a double meat Cupbop and was given 4 pieces of 1 meat. Paid 3 extra dollars for a normal portion of the other meat. Asked them not to cover my food and put my sauce on the side. They messed that up. Used to go here all the time, but has seriously went downhill in the last 3 months.

Normally I never had issues with them adding extra sauce or "make it sloppy" per their term on the customization of the sauces. They didn't add the lime sauce I requested or make it sloppy like I requested. I have ordered from here frequently and I have gone into the location and have never had a problem. I was really disappointed to have dry noodles and rice because their regular amount of sauce I don't even think was their regular portion. I only had sauce for my potstickers that were on top. If they had ran out of the level of sauce I wanted, a substitute would've been okay, or adding extra lime sause also wouldve been okay as well. Normally I split this into two meals and that's why I add the extra sauce, but I don't even want to reheat this and eat it tomorrow, because it will literally just be plain rice and noodles. As someone who works in food service I do think employees should be reading online orders carefully, even if it is during a rush, as certain customizations are done for specific reasons.

The amount of veggie or meat is literally 3-4 pieces only. The japchae flavor was good. Not worth the money

I don't know what's going on with this place. The portions were 1/3 less than usual. I'm assuming it's intentional since I've seen them weigh portions every time I'm in store. The rice was also not fully cooked which has never happened before.
