The fries were cold, just felt as if they were reheated, the Backyard Bacon Ranch Signature Stackburger was sloppily made, barely any ranch or bbq on it, the bacon was over cooked and just crumbed hurt to chew it, all in all it was not worth how much ive paid for it, and ive never had a problem with this place before but guess today was a bad luck day. Very disappointed in it.

Only 3 cheesecake pieces in the NEW! Dipped Strawberry Cheesecake BLIZZARD® Treat and I paid for extra cheesecake! Side of Cheese Curds extremely salty

My side salad was very sad. I barely had any lettuce. Also I paid for cheese, tomato, and croutons. I did not get any croutons. My hamburger was very good.

The Flamethrower® Signature Stackburger™ had lettuce and tomato despite the actual menu item not includng them as well as undercooked bacon, and instead of just remaking the order they slapped the FlameThrower® Sauce onto the burger and sent it out. I haven't had this issue before today was the first time they've screwed up the order.
