The M&M's blizzard is the BEST I've ever had. They know how to blend/combine the M&M's into the entire blizzard so that the flavor is all the way through to the very bottom. Awesome quality!

The brownie extreme blizzard was more vanilla than chocolate, even though I asked for added cocoa powder & paid for it. The brownie extreme blizzard is supposed to be chocolate, not vanilla with a little chocolate mixed in. The taste didn't even taste like a normal brownie extreme blizzard! The brownie bits & Choco bites that were supposed to be in this brownie blizzard were mostly missing from it, as well. A few tiny pieces was added, and that was it!
This is, at least, the fourth time they have done this to me with their blizzards. Not adding ingredients that are supposed to be in them & not adding extra ingredients that I've paid for, each time.
I think this particular Dairy Queen store is not doing business above board. Either they are hiring workers who don't know how to read orders or who don't care, or they are being told not to add the stated ingredients, as well as the "paid for extra ingredients." I would prefer to use a different Dairy Queen store than this one! Very poor Customer Service!!! I am extremely dissatisfied!!!!

$15 chicken strip basket with onion rings only to revive 4 small onion rings. 2 very small chicken strips in the kids meal that's $8. Quality sucks.

Ordered the chicken strip basket with the bread. The bread was hard, could not bite through it. Ordered the wild alaskan fish sandwich and the bun was hard, could not bite through it. Ordered sauces, did not receive sauces.
