I order blizzards 7 days a week and this location has made a 180 from two years ago. This location went from being the worst to the best. Jennifer, Mercy and DeAndrea exemplify excellent customer service and there are two guys but I don't know their names but I appreciate them as well. I don't know who made the blizzards tonight (Wednesday) but they have serious blizzard skills. It was perfect.

Order Taco Salad about once a wk! Used to be $8.99 & came with a medium drink! Raised the price to $9.59 with no drink! Okay! But not when it arrives & it is about a 1/3 of usual amount of salad! Still taste awesome but that is a lot of money for such a teeny bit of salad!

Received size Small instead of Medium. The Turtle Pecan Cluster BLIZZARD® Treat only had 3 tiny pieces of pecan and nothing else. Basically got a plain soft serve that cost way more than it should.

Steak Finger Country Baskets®
was not the same. The steak fingers were thin and cardboard tasting. The fries were okay but not as much given as in the past. The bread was NOT Texas toast. it was thick cut bread with butter flavor. The quality was not the same in form or fashion.

Heath blizzard is excellent but it's gone before you know it because the cups are so small and it doesn't match their prices but I appreciate Jennifer making sure my order was correct.
