They gave us an extra blizzard for free with a littl thank you note for ordering! Pretzel was awesome. Blizzards were fantastic as usual!

I love the Royal New York Cheesecake BLIZZARD® Treat but the 1 I received tonight was 100% vanilla ice cream on the bottom half & had maybe a 1/2 a scoop of strawberry in the top. So disappointing especially when it costs a little more than the other blizzards. Retrain your staff please.

I am writing to file a complaint regarding the manner in which my recent order was received. The order was not properly secured upon delivery, which is inconsistent with my previous experiences ordering from other Dairy Queen locations. In the past, my delivery orders have been bagged and sealed in a way that clearly indicated the food had not been tampered with during transit.
My expectation is that restaurants handling a high volume of third-party delivery orders, such as those placed through DoorDash or similar services, take appropriate precautions to ensure food safety by properly packaging and sealing orders. This practice helps protect customers and makes it immediately evident if an order has been opened or tampered with before it reaches the customer.
Other Dairy Queen locations have consistently followed this practice by sealing and securing their delivery orders, which provides reassurance that the food has been handled safely. Unfortunately, that standard was not met with this location.
I strongly encourage this location to implement consistent packaging and sealing procedures for all third-party delivery orders, including those placed through DoorDash or similar platforms, to help ensure customer safety and maintain confidence in the service.
If these precautions are not implemented moving forward, I will be unable to continue ordering from this location and will consider submitting a formal complaint to Dairy Queen customer service.

Ordered extra toppings, actually got them! Many places don't pay attention or care about "extras". I've never had that problem here!
