Food was delicious and hot, blizzard was yummy and had lots of cookie dough! Our dasher got here super fast :)

Normally a dq fan, haven't had this location in years until now. Ordered a 6pc FlameThrower® Chicken Strip Baskets with a root beer (no ice, I have sensitive teeth). Food arrived and there were 5 burnt chicken strips, root beer had nice and was only about 3/4 full, and thr gravy tasted like soap. Like I said I haven't ordered from this location in years prior to this, so I can't say if this is a one-off issue or if this is just the level of quality they're satisfied with here.

The 4-piece chicken strip basket I ordered was just a pile of tiny reject pieces of chicken, and they were all dry and cold. The dining room also isn't open, so my dasher had to wait forever in a huge line to go through the drive-thru. The lobby should at least be open for deliveries...

Not sure if this is the drivers fault or Dairy Queen's fault but my son's blizzard was not in the bag and there was no receipt included. That blizzard was almost$5.00 bucks! Not cool. Very disappointed.
