Omg I've gotten the Beef Brisket Rose Topokki so many times and it was good but whoever was In the kitchen this past order! Threw down the flavor was impeccable i thoroughly enjoyed

Things that are amazing about it were the giant noodles, longer than most places, and the variety of items inside as well. Things that are not so great are the very watery sauce that doesn't stick to the items inside and makes them very slippery and that the flavor was definitely NOT mala, unfortunately. Mala is my favorite thing in the entire world so the disappointment was very real there. The plastic wrap on top was extremely difficult to remove and didn't have scissors handy so ended up having to take plastic out of my dish the entire time. It's also not too great for the environment to have this kind of container. Also, I was craving cheese, but for an extra $6 that seemed a bit too much- since it's about $30 and it was $8-10 for delivery, that would have made it nearly $50 for my meal which is not a fair price. Better off putting your own cheese and mala flavoring which I had to do. I would like to order it again but maybe the rose cream to make it a little less pricey. I was thinking am I just being too picky about it being watery? Turns out I wasn't as all the reviews indicate that the broth is too watery. I think it's important for restaurants to listen to their reviews. I like to be supportive but I'm just giving an honest review in hopes that these things can be improved. Thank you.

Always so good but you need to order extra meat to balance it out more in my opinion. The Beef Brisket Rose Topokki is so flavorful and comes nice and warm and fresh! 10/10 would order again

It was so good. They made it freshIf you eat a normal portion size for a woman, there are two servings. For men probably one.

Absolutely Ridiculous. Never Ordering Again.
What an absolute joke of a restaurant. I paid $87.24 for my order, including $19 for a Pork Cutlet, and guess what? THE PORK CUTLET NEVER SHOWED UP.
So we called to restraunt many time but they didn't pick up the call.
The most ridiculous part? The restaurant’s own printed receipt doesn’t even list the Pork Cutlet, despite it being clearly included in my DoorDash order. How do you mess up something this basic?
I’m paying nearly $90 for food, and apparently checking whether all the items are included is too much to ask. Is reading an order correctly really that difficult?
This is beyond disappointing. It’s careless, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. If you can’t even get a simple order right, why should anyone trust you with their money?
I paid for food I never received. Absolutely embarrassing service. Save your money and order somewhere that actually knows how to fulfill an order.

음식에 거의 90달러를 지불했는데 주문한 음식이 전부 들어 있는지 확인하는 것조차 그렇게 어려운 일인가요? 주문 내역 하나 제대로 확인하는 게 그렇게 힘듭니까?
정말 실망스럽고, 무책임하고, 기본적인 서비스조차 제대로 이루어지지 않았습니다. 간단한 주문 하나도 제대로 처리하지 못하는 식당을 어떻게 믿고 돈을 쓰겠습니까?
돈은 다 받아놓고 음식은 빠뜨리는 황당한 경험이었습니다. 정말 형편없는 서비스네요. 다른 분들도 돈 낭비하지 마시고 주문한 음식이라도 제대로 보내주는 식당에서 시키세요.
