Great food at a great price. First time, I ordered the 3 Meat Plate mac n cheese, coleslaw, brioche bun. Everything was delicious. Highly Recommend!

Constantly providing poor quality items. Smushed bread, poorly sliced brisket. Just overall bad employee training or poor standards

Initially thought the delivery driver ate some of my sandwich. If that is the true serving size- criminal. There were also missing toppings. And what kind of BBQ place doesn't have fries?? That being said the meat was pretty good, dry but flavorful. The bread with the sandwich is not appetizing but the corn bread was delicious.

I ordered a full rack of ribs and a full pound of their brisket. Don't think it was worth the money. The Brisket was very dry made it hard to eat. The ribs were alright could definitely get them better elsewhere. I genuinely think the thing I enjoyed the most was their Texas toast which is quite sad honestly.

As I unpasked the large paper sack that contained my Giant Loaded Chili Baker Combo order. I noticed that there were no utensils or napikins. The fries were well packaged and were hot and tasty. The soda was made to order and also tasted great. The giant loaded chili baked potato was sitting on butcher paper in a cellophane container. Even though the container was wrapped in plastic, wrap juices were seeping through the plastic making it messy to handle and the bottom of the paper bag soggy. The potato itself had all ingredients and tasted good but the excitement of the meal was ruined by the messiness of the packaging. I have been to and ordered from this location numerous times and will continue, but this experience was disappointing.
