I ordered a Brown Sugar Milk Tea, but what I received was just a plain milk tea with no brown sugar syrup or flavor. It looked completely different from the drink shown on the menu.
I called the store immediately to ask about it. The staff member sounded rude, said they would inform the manager, and then stopped answering my calls. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable, just the drink I paid for or a resolution.

Great flavor! Greatly packaged. And im glad they did cause door dasher threw them on the ground for delivery.

The Taro Milk Tea and Hokkaido Black Milk Tea are both incredible!
also the little charms that came with as a trinket that matched my drinks were such a cute little thing to recieve.
