We got the Stir Fried Rice Noodle, Sài Gòn Fried Rice, Summer Rolls (2), and Slow Braised Pork Belly Bao Bun and holy HECK was everything delicious. I love this place in person but the delivery was just as good. Usually I'm skeptical of delivery being less good but hot damn, you wont be sad.

Disappointed: bland & lacking flavor balance
Drunken Noodles had little flavor. Vegetables were mostly uncooked and very difficult to chew, which I guess is a creative choice. As well, cuts of mushrooms that were impossible to chew, quite disappointing.
I ordered spring rolls from the vegetarian menu selection and I got pork and shrimp rolls :/ So those were inedible.
The Thai iced tea was 1) small for 7.75, not good value for TEA! 2) even tasted watered down, barely any cream at the bottom to mix in with the tea. Super disappointing.
The mango sticky rice was ok. Rice was mostly flavorless. The sauce was super sweet, no salty balance. The mango was also not very good. Sweet but not the sour balance. It was not a good texture either. Usually a restaurant will not serve mango sticky rice if the mangos are not juicy and ripe. This one was not ideal.
All in all I would neither order from Doi Moi, nor visit them in person, again.

It's very good just really expensive for the small portion sizes. Great sauces and well seasoned food though. Brussel Sprouts were incredibly undercooked, third time getting it and it's been cooked differently each time. Flash Fried Beef Jerky has never let me down though.

Best food on 14th Street. Best Vietnamese food in the city. Always fresh and FULL of flavor. Innovative flavor combinations, and so much variety when it comes to vegetables, herbs and spices in each dish. Portions are perfect size for sharing. Highly recommend. Also, the Ambiance both inside and on the patio are some of my favorite.

Pho and dumplings were both delicious but don't expect a full serving of Pho broth. For $19 a bowl I assumed it would be a full to go container of broth (like many other restaurants would give) but ended up with only about 8-10oz of broth(less than half of a container full). Seemed more like an appetizer serving rather than a dinner portion. It was delivered in less time than expected by 15 mins. Broth was also JUST warm enough to cook beef.
