When we received our food it was still warm. My husband ordered the Chicken Shanghai Fried Noodle it was good just not a lot of meat in it....more noodles than anything. The Pork Soup Dumplings (6) where great. My Spicy Shrimp Noodle Soup was absolute delicious.

Overall I enjoyed everything. The Beef Noodle Soup was good and I appreciated the ratio of noodles and bok choy in it, and a large serving of broth on the side. But the beef, which I assume is one of those Sysco sous vide strip steaks with the crossed grill marks on it, obviously isn't the best quality, but was still an enjoyable comfy food. Based on the other soulless corporate restaurants in this area, my expectations were very low, but I would happily order from here again, especially the BBQ Chicken Buns, which the price of bothered me less than the other items. The Cucumber Salad is the most overpriced in my opinion, but was very tasty and a good portion size. If there was an option to order a smaller Cucumber Salad for less, I would've preferred that.

Everything was great quality and delicious. Shrimp Shanghai Fried Noodle was a generous portion, with firm, chewy noodles and a flavorful sauce. A decent amount of shrimp and fresh baby bok choy, eggs and mushrooms plus other veg. Szechuan Spicy Chicken was also a good portion and my son enjoyed it. Pork & Chive Dumplings and Pork Soup Dumplings (6) hot juicy, fresh and well seasoned, dumpling sauce was good. How do you get that soup in there? 😉 Have to say I love the reusable bag they package in. Useful and the dumpling is adorable. Happy to have one close to us in Snellville.

(In-person take-out visit review.) The entrance is on the inside of the square where it's built, as is most of the parking. The interior is minimalist, but comfortable, with ample seating.
The menu is mostly authentic, with a few items for people who might be shy about trying the real Chinese food. I ordered the spicy szechuan chicken with an order of scallion pancakes. The packaging was superior, the bag reusable, and the containers recyclable. I didn't have to ask for chopsticks. The attendant was friendly. The service time was reasonable.
The pancakes were what I expected from authentic Chinese. The chicken was just spicy enough for me, but insane people might ask them to increase it a bit. The portion was good (I had leftovers), and when they say it's a chicken dish, they meant it. There was no filler in the box. Just chicken, onions, and peppers. The only downside was that they didn't use enough water when they cooked the rice. All in all, 4/5, losing a point for the rice. Everything else was 5/5.
I will certainly use them again in the near future!

The Peking Duck Buns were a new menu and taste adventure for me, and I was glad I'd ordered them! They were delicious, with a generous amount of duck meat in each bun.
They were delivered in this adorable reusable insulated bag, so kudos to The Dumpling Master for helping the environment,as well! It is much appreciated.
