Everything that I ordered the Donuts, the colada and of course the coffee were all what I expected great.  In addition, when they don't have what I ordered, they always call me or give me something else in addition and this is why I continue to go to Dunkin' Donuts instead of another place where I could buy donuts and coffee as well...

Usually dont have any issues here but this tme the coffee had two cups because the first one "folded over" and spilled. They just topped it off, added another cup around the first. And sent it. It tastes awful like it was made hours ago.

Wrong item delivered - sausage instead of bacon. Sandwich overcooked - looked and tasted burnt. 1 order of hash browns were ice cold.

Wrong drinks in the cups. The refresher was black tea and nasty and the coffee tasted fruity
