Had a big issue with my order and drove to the store. They were helpful, friendly and made it right. Ended up with great food (bagel fresh from the oven) and a nice chat. Things go wrong. 10/10 on the solution.

I usually have a great experience but today my ice coffee didn't even seem to have any coffee in it all and none of the flavorings(blueberry and butter pecan), didn't even taste like it was just cream but more like watered down skim milk.

Loaded Hash Browns  the quality is very poor cause it's so expensive for the amount of Loaded Hash Browns in the bow.  As you can see in the photo. it's not worth paying almost $5 for this.

They didn't have the donuts that I ordered and the only option for donuts they had more chocolate frosted glazed and strawberry frosted. They gave me my Iced Matcha Latte only half full, added a picture for reference only second after getting it they also did not provide a single straw

I ordered a dozen donuts, and they didn't have a SINGLE one of the donuts I ordered. Even worse - they didn't even have Munchkins to at least replace the brunt of it; so I was left with not a lot overall.
