There was much more ice than Latte in my cup! I paid more than $7 large iced latte but was actually a cup of ice!

My Macchiato was cold and just tasted like a regular coffee. Didn't have any expresso AND my cup was only filled half way! 

And the Cold Brew has no flavor at  all.

MISSING CORRECT ITEM

I ordered a FROZEN MATCHA LATTE  (also clearly printed on their label that they put on the cup!) INSTEAD  I received an Iced Matcha Latte which was 3/4 ice and 1/4 Matcha Latte.

Had 1/2 dozen donuts (don't like Sprinkles!!) and the Egg and White Egg and Cheese on Croissant!  Delish!!
