I typically go to the Mauldin store because they consistently get my order correct and the food quality is great ... this Woodruff Rd location got my order wrong and the croissant was hard and burnt and they didn't put on it what I ordered. Tried to contact store and fast busy. Will not order here again, as this seems to be their norm. The portion was same size but flat and hard!

Coffee was literally white from the amount of milk they put in it and they completely forgot my Half Dozen Donuts

The food is not good. It looks as if one of my donuts were hit and the rest dry and not appetizing. My refreshment drink wasn't fixed it was a bunch of auger sitting at the bottom of the cup. I will never order from here again.

Hot chocolate taste like hot water. Ordered a pumpkin iced coffee and all the sweetner and cream is at the bottom. No effort made on our items.
