The bagel was barely toasted and was cold. The hash browns were burnt and hard and the MUNCHKINS® Donut Hole Treats  were hard. I ordered in the morning so it's not like the food has been sitting all day.

My coffee tastes like milk and I can't taste any coffee. I never received my donut and I was given 4 order of hash brown when I only ordered 1. I'm not happy because I have to dump the coffee I spent close to $10 on. Never ordering here again. Plus I'm at work which is why I got delivery. Now I can't receive a refund. I'm angry. a waste of my $20 for this order.

Coffee Roll these are the flatest, most unappealing poor excuse of a Coffee Roll. orderedy stuff from my store who cancelled order and sent to the Elkton Rd store. now I know why I don't go there. very disappointed. no issues with the Whoopie Pie Specialty Donut & Muffin.

The lattes in my past 3 orders have had a good 2-3 inches of space between the rim of the cup and the drink itself despite never asking for room for cream. In previous orders they were filled almost to the top. Not sure if it's less coffee or if they're adding more foam which is settling before it gets to me.
