the vanilla cream donuts are our favorite and were delicious..so were the sandwiches and the matcha drink.  this order was perfect and we appreciate it being hot and fresh too

The Cappuccino was half the cup, all of it was foam and the coffee taste could'nt be found. The hazelnut syrup was too strong. The Iced Cappuccino , and Iced Latte were all more milk than coffee with very strong syrup flavors as well. Dissapointed in the quality of these drinks, no coffee taste at all

Donuts were dry and old late afternoon to the evening ordering. Ordered a dozen donuts that I wanted and got less than half of donuts that I wanted. They wont care or check the order just surprise donuts.

The Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Breakfast Sandwich and the Wake-Up Wrap® - Sweet Black Pepper Bacon  were very good, but I am dissatisfied with my latte I ordered. I received a hot latte and I had ordered iced. Literally taped onto my hot latte was the sticker that said iced. I was a bit frustrated as this is not the first time this Dunkin has given me an incorrect order.

My last order from here was a little disappointing but I really wanted to give them another shot. I got a frozen coffee add oatmilk and the coffee came completely black. My “crispy” snacking bacon also came soggy. The croissants and hash browns were fine but I will not be ordering from here again.
